Bradley Kerschensteiner, LMFT specializes in helping individuals and organizations master the change process and accomplish their goals. He maintains a private psychotherapy practice in Miami and works as the primary Behavioral Therapist for the renowned integrative Health and Wellness center at Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach. He also serves as the founder and President of Integrative Change, Inc., a professional network of leading health practitioners in South Florida. Jeffrey W. Keimer, After graduating with a degree in electrical engineering from San Jose State University, Jeff spent five years in high technology product sales and marketing, including time spent doing business in Europe, Australia and New Zealand. He then moved into the investment field, where he eventually settled into personal financial advisory work and earned the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation. Stimulated by his observation that business problems invariably stem from people problems, he also earned a Master of Arts in Business Psychology from the University of San Francisco, where his studies had an emphasis on the Transactional Analysis model. He has been a user of the Enneagram in business settings since 2004. During the 1990s Jeff was president of Unison Capital Group, where he structured and managed over $35 million in venture capital private offerings for technology oriented companies. As part of this work, he served on the boards of four different companies, one of them being a public company. In 2000 he returned to the personal financial advisory field, joining Stanford Investment Group, Inc., where he is currently a Vice President and provides financial advice and portfolio management services to clients, primarily executives from Silicon Valley companies. Between 2005 and 2013 he served as a member of the Board of Trustees for Sofia University (formerly the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology). He is a former president of the Board of Trustees for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Peninsula, as well as past president of the Peninsula Kiwanis Club, where he was founder of its charitable foundation.
