Our Process
Our executive coaching engagements are designed to maximize results in a short time. While each engagement is adapted to the needs to the client, a typical engagement has the following components:
Session One consists of a two- to three-hour assessment interview that includes an extensive career assessment, identifies the leader’s developmental goals, and identifies the his or her personality style.
Between Sessions One and Two the consultant conducts an thorough 360-degree assessment and combines the feedback in a report for the leader.
Session Two, which is also two to three hours, consists of a review of the feedback, places the feedback within the context of the leader’s personality style, prioritizes the developmental opportunities, and introduces the leadership models to provide a framework for action.
Follow-up coaching sessions (typically four to six one-hour meetings) track the leader’s progress on his or her action plans and provide feedback and guidance as necessary to ensure progress.
